Every audiobook you buy on Healtone is a digital purchase: it is yours to stream and download in the app, so there is nothing to ship back and no return shipping to pay.

Not what you hoped? Ask within 30 days of purchase. Use the Request a refund link beside the title in your Library, or write to support@healtone.app. We check your listening progress ourselves: if you have listened to 20 percent or less of the book, we refund the full price to your original payment method automatically, no questions asked, and the title leaves your library. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 days.

If you have listened to more than 20 percent, or more than 30 days have passed, we will still gladly exchange it for another audiobook of equal or lesser price from our catalogue: reply to the email you receive and name the title you would like instead.

A purchased audiobook that is defective or cannot be accessed is repaired, replaced or refunded at any time. Memberships (Plus and All-Access) are cancelled from your account page and stop at the end of the paid period; see the terms for the full wording.
